Our scuba vacation this year was to Beqa Lagoon Resort in FiJi. All I can say is WoW, the diving was incredible, the island was very secluded with lots and lots of green, and our bure was beautiful. We had a beach front bure with its own little splash pool, and Zander loved it, when we arrived the guys were still bringing in our luggage and Zander was quickly undressed and in the pool.Frank, Jaline, Jared, and Nicole joined us for our long travels to the little island, from LAX we had a 10 hour flight, a 2 hour bus ride, a 1 hour boat ride and then onto little rafts that took us into the island with no dock. Once again Zander was a great little traveler, slept on the planes and enjoyed every bit of the adventure.
As for the scuba diving it was some of the best diving Jake and I have done, the variety of coral and color was overwhelming, and the fish, there were A LOT of fish and so many that I had never seen in the wild only in the aquariums. The best part was I finally got to see the clown fish in there natural environment.
One thing that has been fun about this trip is that Zander is remembering it, since we have been home anytime Zander sees a plane, he says "Mom lets go to FiJi, NOW"

I'm jealous of FIGI!! It's so beautiful. Call me when you got a day to play and will go to the discovery park. It's down here close to our house!! There's another park close to here with a shallow river for the kids to play in. Way shady and cool!
